About Jen:

Jen Underwood is an Emotional Mastery Coach.  She works with both men, women, and couples to help resolve past wounds, set boundaries in their lives, and deepen their relationships with powerful communication tools on their way to emotional mastery. She has a Masters in Clinical Counseling, a certification in somatic therapy, and a background in teaching.  She combines her education with real-life experience, mixing emotional intelligence, psychology tools, and a trauma-informed background to provide clients with powerful breakthroughs that ripple across all areas of their lives.

Jen believes deeply in the power of telling our stories and of brave conversations, and how effective communication strategies increase connection and understanding.
